Your dog/cat is anxious… but have you csee this constantly in my Animal Reiki practice.
The pet who barks at everything.
The cat who hides when guests come.
The dog who can’t settle.
Often, the animal isn’t “broken.”
They’re responding to their human’s nervous system activation.
When you’re stressed (even if you don’t realize it), your animal picks up on it and tries to protect you by staying hypervigilant.
The beautiful part? When YOU calm your nervous system, your pet often follows.
It’s not about “sending them Reiki” (though that helps). It’s about becoming a regulated, grounded presence they can relax around.
I teach energy work for both humans AND animals in my free community. If you’re a pet parent dealing with an anxious animal, this might help both of you.
