Letting go of overloading members with challenges, workshops, masterclasses, and content for the sake of “engagement.”

Not living for the numbers as a real metric of success, but not avoiding them either.

This is a big deal for me. It honestly feels like a faith walk.

My element is fire 🔥 Slow and steady doesn’t come naturally.

In the past, I showed up as the excited people-pleasing, performative good-girl community leader — doing what I thought I was “supposed” to do daily to keep engagement high. I over-did the intellectual learning instead of the felt transformations. And when members posting slowed a few months in? I panicked and over-gave to prevent churn.

Not this time.
