I do it every few months, as a way to reset and flood my cells and mitochondria with nutrients.
It’s created by the brilliant holistic nutritionist, Christa Orecchio.
She is sadly no longer with us, but her legacy lives on.

Doing a simple, nutrient dense Soup Reset can be a good way to take a break from any foods you’re trying to avoid at the moment.
I do add pumpkin, sunflower, and hemp seeds, and occasionally eggs to the reset to ensure I’m getting enough protein.
For me, the foods I’m taking a break from are…sugar, grains, and dairy.
