What Do You Want to Be True About Your Health at the End of 2026?
I’m not big on New Year’s resolutions. Just because, historically, I rarely kept them.
But I do understand that feeling when the calendar flips. Something about a new year makes it feel like maybe… this time could be different.
A fresh start.A clean slate.A chance to finally get it right.
Still, I didn’t wake up on January 1st thinking, Everything changes now. I woke up thinking something much simpler:
I have an opportunity today.
That’s how real change actually happens.
Most women don’t struggle with weight because they don’t care.
They don’t struggle because they lack awareness or intelligence.
They struggle because time keeps moving… life keeps happening… and they keep waiting for the “right moment” to fully show up or commit to the necessary dietary changes.
Most of you already know what needs to change.
You know which habits help you.
You know which foods trigger you.
You know the patterns.
And yes, tools help. Support matters. Community matters.
But for most women, the gap isn’t knowledge.
It’s consistency. It's doing the slightly uncomfortable things long enough for them to work.
So instead of thinking about goals or resolutions, try this:
What do you want to be true at the end of 2026?
Not what you hope happens. Not what you want to try again. What do you want to be able to say, in the first person, as if it already happened?
“I am a woman who trusts herself around food.”
“I am someone who followed through even when it wasn’t perfect.”
“I am the person who stopped starting over every Monday.”
“I feel comfortable in my body.”
“I feel in control.”
If you’ve ever said, “This year flew by,” you already know the truth.
2026 will fly by too.
So the real question isn’t whether this year is a fresh start.
The real questions are:
What are you finally willing to step into?
What are you willing to stop doing?
What needs to change in your daily choices for that end-of-2026 version of you to actually exist?
Because knowing what to do isn’t the problem anymore.
If you want the end of 2026 to feel different, something small you do every day has to change.
And the good news?
You don’t have to do it alone. 🎉
