This community began as a space for people I had worked with as a therapist, offering ongoing, long-term community support during and after therapy. Over time, we collectively chose to open it to the wider world, because it became clear that this kind of space could be deeply supportive for many more people.
I hold a strong frustration that therapy remains inaccessible to so many. Trauma healing should be human, relational, and community-based, not something reserved for a few.
That is why our beautiful community exists.
