๐Ÿ’š Who Is The Skool Trauma Hub For?
One of the things that makes The Skool Trauma Hub different is the range of people we bring together. Because trauma doesnโ€™t exist in neat little boxes. The Hub is for: ๐Ÿ’œ People impacted by trauma Whether youโ€™re just beginning to understand what happened to you or youโ€™ve been healing for many years. You donโ€™t need a diagnosis, and you never have to share your story unless you choose to. ๐Ÿ’› Parents and carers who want to parent in a more trauma informed way A space to understand what might be happening underneath behaviour, learn about regulation and connection, and explore how we can create greater safety for our children. ๐Ÿ’™ Trauma professionals Therapists, counsellors, coaches, practitioners and other professionals who want to deepen their trauma knowledge, develop their practice, access professional support and learn directly from lived experience. Why bring us all together? Because we have so much to learn from each other. Professional knowledge matters. Lived experience matters. Parenting experience matters. And when those different perspectives meet within a safe, respectful community, something powerful can happen. Inside the Hub you'll find courses, live drop-ins, healing circles, creative spaces, expert speakers, professional development, peer support, trauma informed parenting resources and a community of people who understand. But perhaps the most important thing we offer is something much simpler: Connection. I believe the missing piece in trauma recovery is often safe community. So many of our members tell us that being part of this space has helped healing finally feel possible. The Skool Trauma Hub isn't therapy. It isn't about fixing people. It's about creating a place where we can heal, learn and grow together. Whether you're doing the healing, supporting a child, supporting others professionally, or perhaps like me a combination of all three... There is a place for you here. ๐Ÿ’š Come and join us.

๐Ÿ’ซMember Spotlight ๐Ÿ’ซ
Every Friday, I highlight one of my amazing members!! This week we have Nicola from Calm Systems for Busy Mums - check out her post and her group!!! I'm Nicola, the mum behind Calm Systems for Busy Mums. For two years I ran our local parent and toddler group. Week after week, I watched brilliant, loving mums walk through that door looking utterly frazzled juggling toddlers, timings, and the invisible mental load nobody else could see. And I was right there with them. That's when it hit me: it's never that mums aren't capable. It's that they're trying to run their days on systems that were never built for how full life actually is with little ones underfoot. That's where the overwhelm really comes from. So instead of another to-do list, or another "just be more organised" tip, I started building something different calm, low-effort systems and gentle planning tools that actually fit real life, not the tidy version of it in our heads. Because when your systems are calm, everything else gets a little lighter: ๐Ÿ’› Your mornings feel less chaotic ๐Ÿก Your home feels more like a soft place to land ๐ŸŒฟ You feel less "behind" and more in control One thing I know for sure, after years of standing in that toddler group watching mums show up for everyone but themselves: Being a good mum should not require you to feel exhausted, invisible, and permanently overwhelmed. It should let you actually enjoy the life you're building not just survive it. If this sounds like you, come and join us inside Calm Systems for Busy Mums a gentle space to trade the chaos for calm, one small system at a time. https://www.skool.com/calm-systems-for-busy-mums-9261/about?ref=50120d04e2a94b73bb06f9ee64b4175a8

Okay, but WHY do you need another coloring book? ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ–๏ธ
Choose your answer: ๐Ÿฉท A. Because coloring is cheaper than throwing things. ๐Ÿ˜ด B. Because my brain needs something EASY for once. ๐ŸŽจ C. Because I bought those colored pencils and they deserve to leave the box. ๐ŸŽ D. I don't...but I know someone who would LOVE this. ๐Ÿ‘€ E. Wait. There are coloring books that DON'T have 47,000 microscopic spaces on every page?! ๐Ÿ˜‚ F. All of the above. If you picked any letter whatsoever, I may have something for you. Find the Positive Words Coloring Book has 30 EASY coloring pages built around positive words, with actual spaces you can color without needing a magnifying glass, unlimited patience, or a 72-pack of pencils sharpened to surgical precision. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Keep it for yourself. Give it to someone who loves coloring. Add it to a care package. Save it for a hard day. Color outside the lines if you want. There are no coloring police. ๐Ÿ–๏ธ And since we're having a 24-hour posting BONANZA... Tell me your answer: A, B, C, D, E or F? ๐Ÿ‘‡ ๐Ÿฉท See sample pages and grab your copy here

The Missing Piece in Trauma Recovery ๐Ÿ’œ
What if the missing piece in trauma recovery isnโ€™t another technique, another book or another thing to โ€œfixโ€ about yourself? What if itโ€™s safe community? Trauma can be incredibly isolating. It can leave us feeling different from everyone around us. Trying to explain reactions we donโ€™t fully understand ourselves. Wondering why something that happened years ago can still feel so present today. And sometimes, even when weโ€™re doing all the โ€œrightโ€ things, healing can still feel incredibly lonely. Thatโ€™s one of the reasons I created The Skool Trauma Hub. ๐Ÿ’œ A safe, supportive community for people impacted by trauma to heal alongside others who understand. Inside youโ€™ll find: โ€ข Trauma healing courses and resources โ€ข Live drop-in support spaces โ€ข Healing circles โ€ข Creative and co-regulation sessions โ€ข Live trauma expert speakers โ€ข Challenges and community activities โ€ข Opportunities to understand your nervous system and trauma responses โ€ข Most importantly, people who get it Iโ€™m a trauma psychotherapist, but Iโ€™m also someone who has been on my own personal trauma healing journey for over 30 years. I know the difference between understanding trauma professionally and actually living with its impact. And something Iโ€™ve become increasingly convinced of is this: Trauma often happens in relationship. Healing needs safe relationships too. So many of our members tell us that, after finding the Hub, healing finally feels possible. You donโ€™t need to have everything figured out before you join. You donโ€™t need to tell your story. You can arrive exactly where you are. ๐Ÿ’œ If youโ€™ve been trying to heal alone, perhaps itโ€™s time to try healing as part of a community. Feel free to comment or message me with any questions.
