Go here https://www.skool.com/the-calmness-in-mind-process-1165/about I believe that much of our client support involves teaching them to help themselves effectively, not just understanding why they might face issues like anxiety, OCD, or depression and how to manage or overcome these. It also includes guiding them to become a new person, where those conditions would find it hard to reappear, by shifting from pessimism, fear, and doubt to optimism, courage, and trust. It took me five years, but now I have finished my 60-video 'Deep Dive' course into how to apply ERP to your life (not just your symptoms) so you can decide who you wish to become and what you desire from life - and removing any blockages to those dreams. There is nothing like this on the market, as it documents how I overcame my anxiety, OCD and depression and what I learned in two decades as a complex anxiety therapist. Come and check it out, never has so much common sense and practical routines been available in one place. John www.calmnessinmind.com

VTT - A New Way To Heal
Welcome to our trauma-informed space where we heal from Trauma PTSD and CPTSD together. Trauma healing usually happens behind closed doors. One person. One therapist. One hour a week. Important work… but often very lonely work. So I asked myself: ā€œWhat would happen if trauma survivors from across the world found each other… learned about nervous systems… supported one another… and refused to heal alone?ā€ And VTT was born! It's not therapy - It's a new way to heal, and it works long term. Today, this space is filled with people co-regulating across time zones, sharing deep trauma insights at random hours, celebrating emotional breakthroughs, and reminding each other - ā€œthat makes total sense.ā€ We came here carrying survival stories. Somewhere along the way, we became a wonderful, deeply supportive healing family. We’re simply humans choosing to heal differently. Choosing to heal together. I'm so proud of what this space has become. Welcome to a new way to heal. Welcome home Trauma Healing Community VTT With love, ChrisšŸŒž

VTT - A New Way To Heal
🌱 Am I Healed… or Am I Going Backwards?
One of the most common questions in trauma healing is this: ā€œI thought I was doing better… so why am I struggling again?ā€ And the mind immediately jumps to: ā€œMaybe I’m going backwards.ā€ But healing doesn’t work like a straight line. We don’t arrive at a magical place where nothing ever triggers us again and life becomes permanently calm. What actually happens is something much more real and human. Life keeps happening. New situations. New relationships. New challenges. And sometimes those situations touch our old wounds. That doesn’t mean we’ve gone backwards. It means we’re meeting a new moment in life with the nervous system we’re still learning to understand, support, and regulate. In fact, something powerful is often happening: We notice things sooner We understand our reactions more clearly We recover faster We treat ourselves with more compassion That’s not regression. That’s growth. Healing is less about becoming someone who never struggles… and more about becoming someone who can say: "Ah… something in me is hurting right now. Let’s slow down and take care of it." So if we're having a hard day, week, or moment… We are not broken. We are not failing. We are not back at the start. We are simply still on the journey. And the VTT family is ready to walk with you.ā¤ļø Join us for free today: Trauma Healing Community VTT

A New Way to Heal šŸŒ
For a long time, trauma healing happened behind closed doors. One person. One therapist. One hour a week. Important work… but often very lonely work. VTT was created because healing doesn’t have to happen in isolation. Inside you’ll find something different: šŸŒ A global trauma peer support community 🧠 Education about the nervous system and trauma šŸ¤ People who actually understand what you’ve been through šŸ’¬ Real conversations about healing - not toxic positivity šŸŽØ Creative expression, challenges, and shared growth ā¤ļø Co-regulation, connection, and support across time zones This is not therapy. It’s community-based healing - and it works long term! If you're looking for a place where you don’t have to do recovery alone, VTT might be the space for you. Because sometimes the most powerful part of healing is realizing: ā€œOh… it’s not just me.ā€ Welcome to VTT - A New Way to Heal. 🌱 Trauma Healing Community VTT

šŸŒ VTT - Kicking Trauma In The Dick
Welcome to our trauma-informed space where we heal from Trauma PTSD and CPTSD together. At some point the universe looked down and said: ā€œWhat would happen if trauma survivors from across the world found each other… learned about nervous systems… supported one another… and refused to heal alone?ā€ And VTT was born! Today, this space is filled with people co-regulating across time zones, sharing deep trauma insights at random hours, celebrating emotional breakthroughs, and reminding each other - ā€œthat makes total sense.ā€ We came here carrying survival stories. Somewhere along the way, we became a slightly chaotic, deeply supportive healing family. This isn’t toxic positivity. We don’t pretend trauma didn’t happen. We’re simply humans choosing to heal differently. Choosing to heal together. …and occasionally kicking trauma directly in the dick. It's not therapy - It's something different. I'm so proud of what this space has become. Welcome home Trauma Healing Community VTT With love, ChrisšŸŒž
