I have absolutely spent days staring at my business wondering if the answer was:
• another post
• another lead magnet
• another workshop
• another landing page
• another grande iced lavender cold foam macha in a Venti cup with double the foam
Spoiler alert...
It was never the lavender foam.... or was it? 😂
Sometimes when we're building communities, we start gripping everything so tightly that every decision feels like it carries the weight of the entire business.
Should I build this?
Should I post that?
Should I create this course?
Should I launch that offer?
Should I redesign the thing I literally redesigned last week? 😭
Should I order another grande iced lavender cold foam matcha in a venti cup with double the foam?
Should I open a seventh ChatGPT window?
A second Claude session?
A Comet browser tab running Perplexity?
A new Codex project?
At what point does this become less of a workflow and more of a hostage situation? 😂
Sometimes the next step isn't doing more.
Sometimes it's getting another set of eyes on what you've already built.
Sometimes it's seeing what your members see.
Sometimes it's sitting down with another human and sorting through the puzzle pieces before disappearing into a three-week rabbit hole.
Trust me.
I've accidentally dug some very impressive rabbit holes. 😂

I'm over here building my own business too. 😭
They're getting better.
