The business lesson my father taught me after he died.
My dad passed away ten years ago tomorrow.
Like most people, I thought there would always be more time.
More conversations.
More dinners.
More ordinary days.
Losing him changed how I look at work and relationships forever.
I love building things.
But I will never again prioritize business over the people I love.
Because at the end of the day, success feels very different when you’re sharing it with someone who matters.
