💬 Quick question for fellow community owners…
Do you ever have those members who say they want big results……
but then never show up, never ask questions, never take action, and slowly drift into lurker mode?
It’s such a strange part of running a Skool community.
You can give people the roadmap, support, and opportunities, but you can’t make them take the step that actually moves them forward.
So I’m curious… how do you handle it when someone’s potential is obvious, but their effort isn’t?
Do you:
• Give them a nudge?
• Build more accountability?
• Try a 1:1?
• Or just let them circle back when they’re ready?
I’ve been testing a bunch of approaches inside my own corner of Skool, The Prosperity Network, and some patterns are really starting to emerge.
Feels like there actually is a way to turn “I want success” into consistent action… but I’d love to hear what’s been working for you all too.
What’s your strategy?
