Professional or Hobby?
No, I’m not talking about membership. I’m talking about who I am and what I do.
I’m not just someone who likes to cook and wants to share with other people. I’m a trained professional.
Sure, I have been cooking since I was a kid, I’ve always had that passion, but when I went to cooking school in Paris, they started me from the bottom they retrained me so to speak and taught me the correct way to do things.
They also taught me why things work and how things work. My confidence in the kitchen is not arrogance, it’s expertise and education.
If you want a job as a chef, you can’t just say well I really like cooking so you should hire me restaurants want to see credentials.
If you’re going to med school to study to be a doctor, your professors won’t be people who are just fascinated with the human body, they will be qualified doctors and professors.
There’s so many people out there who want to teach you about cooking because they love cooking, I want to teach you about cooking, help you be confident in the kitchen because I’ve spent my life studying it both as a hobby and professional professionally.
Join The Cooking Skool today, and join a professional chef in the kitchen.
