I started the Reinvented Leaders community because I lived the problem myself.
At 53, I chose my family’s health over a promotion that would have required more of me but given me less of what mattered. On the outside, it looked like I stepped back. In reality, I stepped into clarity.
What I learned during that transition—from pastor of 28 year to CEO in 90 days was that experience doesn’t lose value, but it does lose position if you don’t claim it deliberately. The system doesn’t automatically know where to place seasoned judgment, especially when you stop chasing titles or visibility.
That’s the problem I wanted to solve.
Reinvented Leaders exists for experienced leaders who aren’t failing or fading, but are quietly misaligned. People who’ve carried real responsibility and are done confusing accommodation with wisdom.
It is a community for those leaders who want to recalibrate, not reinvent, and decide from clarity instead of pressure.
