I didn’t get stuck because I wasn’t trying. I got stuck because I was trying everything. For a long time, I did what most people do when they want to earn online. I bought courses. I joined programs. I followed smart people. I kept learning. And honestly? I learned a lot. But nothing really moved. Every new program came with a new idea. Every idea came with a new direction. And instead of building momentum, I kept starting over. Watching other people “figure it out” made me wonder what I was missing. At some point, I remember thinking, “Why does this feel so hard when I’m actually doing the work?” That’s when it clicked. The problem wasn’t effort. It wasn’t motivation. It wasn’t that I “wasn’t cut out for this.” The problem was noise. Too many paths. Too many messages. Too many voices telling me to do more. What changed everything wasn’t finding the perfect system. It was choosing one. One path. One message. One place to focus my energy. Once I stopped trying to do everything and gave myself permission to simplify, things finally started to make sense. Not overnight. Not magically. But steadily. Confidence replaced second-guessing. Momentum replaced overwhelm. And for the first time, I felt like I wasn’t fighting myself anymore. That’s when I realized something important. Most capable people don’t struggle online because they can’t do it. They struggle because no one teaches them how to choose. How to slow down. How to focus. How to build something real without burning themselves out. That’s why I do what I do now. I help people build online income without hustle — one path at a time. Not louder. Not faster. Just clearer.

Feature Story: 🙅‍♀️ Stop Consuming Growth.
I started The Skoolers Library because I realised something slightly brutal… most people aren’t stuck because they don’t know enough. They’re stuck because they’re drowning in information and calling it progress. You buy the book, you highlight half of it like a woman possessed, then you feel inspired for all of 12 hours. Then life happens… and it goes on the shelf with the other 47 “life-changing” books 😅 I wanted a space for the people who genuinely love personal development, but are ready to stop treating it like entertainment and start using it like a tool and implement the wisdom. This group is for the readers, the deep thinkers, the “I’m ready now” people… the ones who don’t want another motivation hit , they want action and results. If this hits home, comment ME 👇

💯 agree! At one point my library numbered over 1,000 books. Many on the same topic. Now I read not to learn more but to verify and clarify what is true not just what someone tells me is true.
My big why moment!
I started the Reinvented Leaders community because I lived the problem myself. At 53, I chose my family’s health over a promotion that would have required more of me but given me less of what mattered. On the outside, it looked like I stepped back. In reality, I stepped into clarity. What I learned during that transition—from pastor of 28 year to CEO in 90 days was that experience doesn’t lose value, but it does lose position if you don’t claim it deliberately. The system doesn’t automatically know where to place seasoned judgment, especially when you stop chasing titles or visibility. That’s the problem I wanted to solve. Reinvented Leaders exists for experienced leaders who aren’t failing or fading, but are quietly misaligned. People who’ve carried real responsibility and are done confusing accommodation with wisdom. It is a community for those leaders who want to recalibrate, not reinvent, and decide from clarity instead of pressure. Where are you in the reinvention journey? https://www.skool.com/servant-leaders-accelerator-7570/about

After facing a life changing choice at 53 I reinvented myself and now help leaders 50+ do the same without fear of failure or burning out.
