Further to this being Mental Health Month....When I join mental health groups on social media platforms, I feel kind of shy and stay in the background.
🥸 There's jargon I don't use and am not well-versed in.
However, I am a witness that mental health and energy work converge by addressing psychological struggles such as trauma and anxiety.
🧞 Both use cognitive and energetic interventions, which I translate into "knowingness."
Together, with skill and guidance, they do a great job of releasing stored tension within the body.*
They are self-healing mechanisms to be calibrated and personalized ~ learnable, adaptable, and designed to have you feeling more resilient. Mentally and physically healthier.🥰
🧞 My work applies this combo through:
--> presencing life-force energy and hand-healing techniques (Reiki+) because sometimes you just need touch to feel more whole,
--> Tapping/Emotional Freedom Techniques which helps to manage the nervous system and is derived from the psych method known as Thought Field Therapy, and
--> Aromatherapy and Aroma Freedom Techniques, which balance energy centers and support the body's endocrine system among others, especially through olfaction - the process of smell.
AND, not necessarily in that order.
🧞 Mental work meets energy work, in my view of you as a WORK OF A.R.T. (aromas/reiki/tapping)
You're a completed canvas or sculpture or piece of music (etc.), and all you may want/need is a bit of alignment coaching for lasting emotional transformation.
As an energy worker with good mental health (😇), I can supply the demand...for a time anyway! (The gold rush hasn't quite started.)
