I’ve spent the last several years working as a counselor, but more importantly, I spent the first 38 years of my life wondering why I couldn't just "get it together." Since my diagnosis and 9 years of sobriety, I’ve realized that most ADHD advice is written for students or "productivity hackers," not for men over 40 with careers and families.
I’m building ADHD Success for Men 40+ to be an "authentic" zone for guys like us. I even built a tool called the Executive Engine to help get the mental clutter out of our heads and into a system that actually works.
I need your honest feedback:
If you’re a man over 40 dealing with neurodivergence, what is the one thing most "experts" get wrong about your experience? Is a community focused strictly on our demographic something you’d actually use, or is it just another notification on your phone?
Let me know in the comments. If you want to see what I’ve built so far and try the Executive Engine for free in classroom, you can check it out here:
