#FeatureStory ADHD Men 40+ Lost Generation?
Why you started your Skool group or business Well, I am a neurodivergent person so I've never really fit into the world like a neurotypical person might so I'm not a big fan of 9 to 5 and 40 hours a week, not to mention having a boss and then bosses is above that bosses... Yeah, I don't like any of that! Also, I'm at the point in my life where I'm 45 years old and I feel like I am a master of my craft which is counseling, program building, and group facilitation, I'm also pretty obsessed with how AI can help me with organization! The problem you wanted to solve Well my first Skool is meant for ADHD Success For Men 40+ and since I am a man who is 45 years old with ADHD, I think I have a pretty good understanding of this crowd and their special struggles that come from being in a generation where ADHD wasn't really taken seriously, and a lot of us were missed, many diagnosed and many not diagnosed. I really want to pull together a group of guys like this and see what we can do because being 40 and older comes with a lot of skills and being ADHD comes with some real special ones! https://www.skool.com/adhd-success-for-men-40-9919/about

#FeatureStory ADHD Men 40+ Lost Generation?
Men 40+ with ADHD: Am I over-complicating this, or is this a real gap?
I’ve spent the last several years working as a counselor, but more importantly, I spent the first 38 years of my life wondering why I couldn't just "get it together." Since my diagnosis and 9 years of sobriety, I’ve realized that most ADHD advice is written for students or "productivity hackers," not for men over 40 with careers and families. I’m building ADHD Success for Men 40+ to be an "authentic" zone for guys like us. I even built a tool called the Executive Engine to help get the mental clutter out of our heads and into a system that actually works. I need your honest feedback: If you’re a man over 40 dealing with neurodivergence, what is the one thing most "experts" get wrong about your experience? Is a community focused strictly on our demographic something you’d actually use, or is it just another notification on your phone? Let me know in the comments. If you want to see what I’ve built so far and try the Executive Engine for free in classroom, you can check it out here: https://www.skool.com/adhd-success-for-men-40-9919/about

@Ed Oyama All 3 of my kids are neurodivergent, their mom is definitely neurotypical so I'm thinking it came from me! Haha You're welcome to join my group if you're open to another one, I'm more so looking for people to help me shape the culture of the group, diagnosis is not necessary.
The CLASSIFIEDS Premium Tier - Everything You Need to Know!
If you are already on the Premium tier and want to know how to make the most of it, or are thinking about upgrading, here is everything you need to know... ⭐️ 🗞️ In the Standard tier, you can post in the community once a day in any category (except for days with a hashtag prompt, then you get an extra post!). There are two kinds of acceptable community posts: "anything" promoting your Skool group, or offers that are free (freebies, free workshops, podcast promotions, your own YouTube channel promotions). You can see the list of categories in the How It Works pinned post. These "rules" are for both standard and premium members. 🌟 🗞️ Now for the additional benefits for Premium members ($3/month or $33/year) 1. Premium members are allowed to put an "ad" in the classroom to advertise anything they want - free or paid. The ad stays up for as long as they are a premium member. Ads rotate weekly. 📰 You can place your ad by creating a draft course in your own community and then copying the course key and sending it to me to copy into the Classifieds. Course keys can be found by going to the thumbnail of the course in your classroom and clicking on the three dots in the top right corner. 2. Premium members also have access to all live events on the calendar. This includes meetups twice a month (called the PERSONALS) and open drop-ins once a month. 📆 The meetups are structured and focus on improving your visibility as well as helping you make connections and foster collaboration. 3. Premium members also have the opportunity to host their own free masterclass for all members on the CLASSIFIEDS calendar. This gives you the chance to provide value to the members and then pitch your group or product at the end. 💵 In order to qualify to host a masterclass, you have to first take my How to Teach a High-Value, High-Converting Masterclass workshop ($27). The next one is being offered on January 6th with doors opening for registration January 2nd. After taking the prerequisite workshop, the first masterclass you offer is of no charge. Subsequent masterclasses that you would like to offer will be subject to a $10 administrative fee.
