Be honest… if you could rewind to Day 1, what would you change?

A few I’ve learned the hard way whilst building The Prosperity Network:

I’d focus way more on early culture than early numbers
I’d design engagement loops from day one (challenges, simple leaderboards, quick wins)
I’d get tighter on the one clear outcome the community exists to deliver
I’d set up my tiers NOW, instead of waiting to feel “ready”

The funny thing is, once momentum starts building, you realise the small stuff early on compounds massively later.
