I burned out working in tech.
Not dramatically. No single moment. Just one day I looked up and realized the exhaustion had become the baseline. That "I'll rest when things slow down" had been my plan for years, and things never slowed down.
I'd actually trained as a breathwork instructor before I started working in tech and I loved it and felt the benefits almost immediately but life got busy and it got shelved.
My career in Tech took over. and the pace got faster. Then the AI race kicked in and the pressure to keep up with everything became relentless. I wasn't sleeping properly. My nervous system was shot. I was spending more time staring at screens than I was actually living.
I knew I had to change something before it was too late.
I went back to the one thing I knew worked. Breathwork. Not because it sounds nice. Because it's one of the few things that actually puts the brakes on a nervous system that's been running hot for too long.
I started practicing again seriously. And the difference was significant enough that I couldn't keep it to myself.
So I'm opening it up.
