This process is grounded in ancestral rhythms, somatic awareness, and gentle pattern recognition, so that you’re not guessing or pushing you own boundaries anymore.

I don’t tell you who to be or what to fix. I sit beside you, and sift through the noise to guide you back to your own inner clarity so your body, not the external pressures, can lead the way forward.
Second, how I do it:
🌿 We begin with a base grounding excercis for nervous system orientation, helping your body settle enough to feel what’s actually happening beneath the mental chatter.
Then, I guide you through a gentle, grounded visualization, to bring you body and physical awareness. This allows us to track sensations, energy levels, resistance, and capacity in real time.
Through somatic attunement and reflective questioning, we listen to how your nervous-system responds when we explore different seasons, demands, and patterns. This is where your body reveals what it needs the most to function in alignment with you so you stop blindly pushing past your own boundaries.
