We recover from disruptions and setbacks. But a disrupted nervous system needs entrainment to return to flow. Nervous system disruption isn't your kids fighting over the dog before you go to work or an injury that keeps you home for a week. It's more like gripping nervousness, waking up from sleep or not being able to sleep, snapping at loved ones, an inability to concentrate, or afternoon inertia.

If you answered A or B, you get thrown off now and then. But you usually feel regulated when you practice yoga, take a walk, meditate, turn off late night TV, work on your mindset, or intentionally manifest a peaceful and abundant week.
C, D, AND/OR E
If you answered C, D, or E your nervous system is off kilter. You may say it's just something local that's been waking you recently, or it's part of your illness. Regardless, dysregulation never shows up without a reason. We still need support.
While our nervous system fluidly bounces us back when we get tripped up, when trauma strikes or stress continues incessantly, our rhythms become fast and fragmented. And when that happens, our nervous system doesn't have a way to return to health on its own.
But when we surround ourselves with music, our brains synchronize with its patterns. With frequencies specifically tuned to our natural states for recovery, our brains quickly bridge the gap created by the stress. These patterns create stability the brain and nervous system can adhere to. Once slowed, we're open to healing and positive change.
