I admit, I have.
The past few weeks in particular I’ve been focussing mostly on launching my Skool community.
That meant lots of hours sat at my desk, creating my course, filming, posting, email etc…
As community owners we tend to plan our whole days around, engagement, posting, delivering, creating but often fail to plan any time for ourselves.
You probably get up in the morning, make a cuppa and sit at your desk.
How often have you scoffed a sandwich sat at your desk, catching up on emails or posts?
You might even sit in bed late at night on your laptop doing more work on your community.
Listen, we all do it. When we have a goal, that takes priority and everything else, health, family, housework, social life, well that takes a back seat. It’s impossible to do it all, all of the time.
But it is possible to introduce small changes into your routine and not lose ourselves throughout this building and growing phase.
This is why I love fasting. It’s easy once you know what you’re doing. It takes up none of your time, it actually saves you time, and best of all, it’s FREE!
