THIS IS THE INITIAL PILOT OF THIS SPRINT AND THERE IS NO COST EXCEPT YOUR PREMIUM MEMBERSHIP IN COMMUNITY GROWTH ACADEMY
THE GIST: Get launched or relaunched and earning MORE MRR than your cost (in this case, a big $300!) in 90 days flat – or your money back.
Why am I doing this? Because I know you're going to earn MORE than $300 more MRR, and I want to determine pricing for future sprints.
WHAT WE’LL DO: WEEKLY LIVE MASTERMINDS TO BE HELD ROUGHLY 10 am PACIFIC, DAY OF THE WEEK TBD BY PARTICIPANTS.

How do you get a refund? You attend at least 50% of the masterminds LIVE. DO ALL THE CLASS WORK, turn in your result sheets weekly, and don’t book $300 more in MRR or one-off upsells by the end of the 90 days.
The month-by-month rundown:
𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛 𝟭: 𝗢𝗙𝗙𝗘𝗥, 𝗔𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘, 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡, 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗡𝗘𝗟
Week 1: COMPETITIVE POSITIONING-what your competitive environment is like and defining points of difference you could offer, in terms of offer & audience. Result: You understand who top players are and how your niche, expertise or audience is different.
Week 2: OFFER & AUDIENCE-refining what you’re selling & who you offer it to, in light of the competitive landscape - make sure your offer is well-focused and PRICED, and that you understand the pain points of your ideal customers. Result: Finalized, focused offer and defined customer avatars for this campaign.
Week 3: BAIT PIECES & FUNNEL STARTERS-reviews of existing lures/pitches (ie free training, free samples) and brainstorming on new/better bait piece ideas that could be assembled quickly. Result: You conceptualize and create a must-have bait piece or killer pitch that gets lots of opt-ins.
Week 4: CUSTOMER JOURNEY - map out your customer funnel from first touch (bait piece or otherwise) to join. We’ll mastermind on sales pages, Skool About pages… everything your prospects will see. Whether you’re creating an email nurturing sequence, 1:1 call offer, long sales page, we’ll analyze and fix possible problems & disconnects. Result: You can create a visual MAP of how your steps smoothly bring someone from total ignorance of your expertise to dying to join your community.
BONUS: BUDGET & PLATFORM BRAINSTORM
I know, most of you are on Skool and the build here is easy (use my link if you start a new one!), but if not – time to decide on a platform and get to know it. Our Tech Stack has help. If you’re not bootstrapping this and are planning to spend for your launch, you’ll look at your campaign budget with help from our worksheet. 𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗧𝗛 𝟮: 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗛/𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗔𝗨𝗡𝗖𝗛 𝗣𝗟𝗔𝗡
WEEK 1: PRE-MARKETING- non-salesy building in public to get opt-ins and interest in how you’re building or tweaking/improving your community. With help from our Pre-Marketing Cheat Sheet, we’ll create custom topics that will draw your prospects in. Result: You have a mapped-out plan for at least 12 pre-marketing posts/emails/activities you will send throughout the month.
WEEK 2: COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIES to grow your audience for this launch/relaunch - we’ll find lists, groups, Substacks, audiences you can borrow for list growth. The Audience-Building JetPack will help you. Result: You have a list of at least 6 collaboration partners to call.
WEEK 3: URGENCY DRIVERS - why must they join NOW? We’ll design limited-time offers that compel signups. Result: You have a short list of defined urgency drivers ready to deploy in your marketing campaign. Plus a list of any assets you need to create and add IN the community for launch, with completion deadlines.
WEEK 4: CREATE YOUR MARKETING SEQUENCE - whether it’s a series of emails, social posts, blog tour…whatever you’re doing to get members. We’ll define your campaign length and nail your emails, talking points, or messaging for the entire length of your campaign. We’ll review and refine with help from our marketing templates. Result: Your complete launch/relaunch campaign is written and ready to go.
BONUS: CUSTOMER SURVEY RESEARCH - whether you have a few existing members you can survey or will talk to prospects, you’ll use our Pre-Launch Survey to get hard data that provides proof of concept or refines your understanding of what your community must have for this campaign. Result: You’ll document any changes you make to your offer, pricing, or audience targets.

WEEK 1: ONBOARDING CRASH COURSE - What do your new members experience? We’ll build your onboarding cycle so that members feel welcomed, start actively participating, and stick around. Soft opens, tryouts, we're here for all the last-minute testing and checks to make sure your launch is REALLY ready to go.
WEEKS 2-4: YOUR LAUNCH GOES LIVE - Throw the switch! And we’re with you in case anything goes wrong. Weekly masterminds from here will focus on spotting and fixing any disconnects, addressing FAQs. Depending on campaign length, your campaign may run for 1 day or all month! You might decide to extend your campaign - and we’ll design that messaging, too.
Need an extra week or two to get ready to launch? We’re here for that, too.
RESULT: You’ll create a launch diary, documenting results of all your campaign marketing activities, tracking learnings as you progress and any tweaks you make. It'll make your next big member push even better! We’re here to brainstorm and support any on-the-fly changes that might bring in more member sales.
