Some of you might’ve seen me post before about FitDad Collective, which is a community I run helping dads rediscover their health, fitness, and confidence alongside real life and responsibilities.
Over time though, something became really clear to me.
A big part of what I do day to day as a full-time coach and nutritionist is helping people with fat loss, and not just the training side. The mindset, structure, habits, and sticking to a plan when motivation disappears.
I kept getting messages from people who weren’t dads but were struggling with the same things:
- Inconsistency
- Confusion around calories and food
- All-or-nothing thinking
- Losing weight, then gaining it back
So I decided to open a second community with a broader focus.
That’s why I’ve just launched School of Fat Loss.
Same principles.
Same simple,
sustainable approach.
Just aimed at helping more people navigate fat loss properly without extremes.
Still early days, but I’m excited about building it out and refining how I help people long-term.
If you’re a Skool owner running multiple communities, I’d love to hear how you’ve structured them and what you’ve learned along the way 🤝
