Since opening a new gym recently, things have been full on. Coaching, programming, content, members, long days. It’s been intense but in a good way.
Over the last few months I’ve also been thinking a lot about direction.
I’ve loved building FitDad Collective. The message, the mission, helping dads reclaim their health and confidence, that meant a lot to me and still does.
But as my coaching has evolved and the way I train has evolved, it’s become clear that I’ve outgrown the original frame I put around it.
My training now is more performance driven. More structure. More progression. Less about short phases and more about long term capability.
So I’m going all in on a new direction.
The new community will be called The Training Ground.
It reflects how I coach now. Structured training. Real progression. Discipline without extremes. A place to build strength, fitness, resilience, and consistency properly.
Not a hype challenge. Not a quick fix.
Just people who want to improve and are willing to put the work in.
Excited about this next chapter. Always interesting how communities evolve alongside the person building them.
For anyone here who has rebranded or pivoted their Skool community, what did you learn during the transition?
