Are caregivers leaders too and why not?
I put this in Feedback Wanted but got zero response so thought I'd edit it and try here.
To me, leaders are caregivers of a certain sort and vice versa. Caregivers really lead by being examples of behavior required to improve individual lives. Leaders are usually thought to serve public interests, such as politicians and community or religious leaders.
For me, both do both! Serving one’s parents or a special needs child or adult is just leadership in microcosm.
I’ve been thinking, SHOULD I ADRESS JUST LEADERS OR only Caregivers on Skool.
Both are unique in their ways of healing our communities. This is my aim, to strengthen what they do by supporting their self-healing creativity (and commitment to using accessible holistic tools).
BOTH ARE POLYMATH GENIUS people capable of even greater contributions IMHO. This is my consistent message. Teaching and co-learning the energy healing arts are ways I contribute to them.
Q: DOES this resonate with any caregivers, leader training or self-development folks? Or is this an example of trying to do too much? I’d appreciate comments.
