Transcript Auto-Email Setup

Has anyone figured out how to automatically email a user a copy of their transcript when they enter their email in a FastBot lead form, using my own .com domain as the sender?

Desired workflow:

A user enters their email in the lead form.
I receive the usual lead email with the transcript.
The same transcript is automatically emailed to the user who submitted the form.

Key requirement: The email should be sent from my custom domain, not noreply@fastbots.ai.

This feels like a core chat-support feature, especially for industries where customers need a copy of their conversation for their records. I have not seen this addressed on the roadmap, and it would add significant value.

If there is already a reliable way to do this through Zapier or another integration, clear documentation would also be very helpful.

I would gladly pay a couple hundred dollars if someone can teach me how to set this up.
