Transcript Auto-Email Setup
Has anyone figured out how to automatically email a user a copy of their transcript when they enter their email in a FastBot lead form, using my own .com domain as the sender? Desired workflow: 1. A user enters their email in the lead form. 2. I receive the usual lead email with the transcript. 3. The same transcript is automatically emailed to the user who submitted the form. Key requirement: The email should be sent from my custom domain, not noreply@fastbots.ai. This feels like a core chat-support feature, especially for industries where customers need a copy of their conversation for their records. I have not seen this addressed on the roadmap, and it would add significant value. If there is already a reliable way to do this through Zapier or another integration, clear documentation would also be very helpful. I would gladly pay a couple hundred dollars if someone can teach me how to set this up. Thank you, @Jason West

@John Santos Thanks for sharing, John. The screenshot that you showed is very valuable. It's proof that we, Fastbot creators, are trying to find workarounds to get the users to download their transcripts using the 3 dots, but it's unintuitive to them. Therefore, we've gone to the extent of modifying our chat name (as you can see from John's screenshot) to prompt the user to download the chat. Which is still ineffective. Seems like we need the "Transcript Auto-Email Setup" feature ASAP and I wasn't the only one struggling with this. @Jason West

@Damien Rothstein Yes, I agree. I'm hoping that the Fastbot team takes notice. They're very talented, I'm surprised this "Transcript Auto-Email Setup" was omitted from the product roadmap unitl now.
