Don't Confuse Automations With A.I

One of the biggest problems I see with people getting into Automations & A.I is that they keep putting the two together. I can only assume this becuase of the ontent that is out there. These two are not the same, EVEN though they mesh together seamlessly.

Let's use eCommerce since that is the biggest one that catches everyones attention.

You can fully automate a WooCommerce/Shopify store WITHOUT any A.I at all. The main difference is that your messages MIGHT not be as personalized. You can even have automations where a VOIP (Twillio) can send an automated messages to a phone or even call. Once you learn the fundamentals of automations you will see the clear difference and your ability/skillset to combine the 2 will drastially increase.
