Chatbase: Accessing ChatGPT4 Model via OpenAI API

I've got an OpenAI ChatGPT4 Plus account, and successfully created an API key that appears to only provide Chatbase chatbots with access to the GPT3.5 Turbo model. Is anyone using a Chatbase chatbot with the GPT4 model selected?

OpenAI mentions purchasing GPT4 API prepaid credits via an account management option, though this option does not exist. My chatbase chatbots work when I switch to the GPT3 model and displays a 'no access to GPT4..' error message when I switch the chatbot to the GPT4 model. I've reached out to OpenAI on this and would appreciate any feedback on this.
