Adding a Word Document to the knowledge base
Please can someone help!!
I am trying to add a Word Document to my Knowledge Base for my FastBot Chatbot :)
I have uploaded the document to my Google Drive which provides me with a link. However, when I copy and paste the link into FastBot, it accepts the link but I soon find out that it hasn't picked up the contents of the document!!!
What am I doing wrong????
