Member Access to ChatBot
My client has an Off-Market Real Estate listing which people subscribe to…. Hence she wants people to enter a UserID before using the ChatBot. Is this possible??

Thank you for your reply Julie. If I am reading it correctly, the only issue I have with your solution is that my client would have to purchase two Chatbots! One for the general website so that the browsers on her general website can benefit from the general real estate and property management issues and two, for the member website so that the members could access her listings… Any comment?? Thanks again :)

@John Santos Well it’s great to meet you John. Selling is always a difficult game but I do believe in this solution and the support is good! I think it is ideal for a small business that just wants to inform its clients rather than a larger company that wants the chatbot to integrate with its accounting system etc etc. I think if you talk about Gen AI in general and what it can do for any company and then say that installing a chatbot is an ideal first move….

Sharing a YouTube video
Is there a way to share a link to a YT video, but have it cued up to the exact point in the video I want to share with the recipient? I don't want them to have to slog through the whole thing. That way, when they click on the link, the video is ready to go at the point I want them to watch. Thanks in advance for the insights!

Adding a Word Document to the knowledge base
Please can someone help!! I am trying to add a Word Document to my Knowledge Base for my FastBot Chatbot :) I have uploaded the document to my Google Drive which provides me with a link. However, when I copy and paste the link into FastBot, it accepts the link but I soon find out that it hasn't picked up the contents of the document!!! What am I doing wrong????

Good morning from Perth, West Australia. I am really enjoying the FastBots experience. I thought I would just share an experience I had when presenting on Generative AI and "make-your-own" Chatbots. I chose Fastbots to demonstrate how easy it is to create a Chatbot. Long story short, a woman who had no coding experience created a Chatbot for her Aged-Care business during the break!!!
