My main goals are anti-inflammatory and weight loss with more energy and better recovery.
Currently I am taking
GHK-cu @ 1mg daily (PM) almost done with a 6 week cycle-I have more if it’s best to continue
KPV @ 500mcg daily (PM) been running this for almost 2 weeks
BPC/TB @ 500mcg daily been running for about 6 weeks - after workouts or AM
Mot-c @ 1mg (AM fasted) M-W-F (running about 2 weeks)
Tirzepatide @2.5mg weekly (not going up in dose)
I do cardio 6x weekly (1-2 hrs) & weights 3x weekly (1-1.5 hrs)
I am good with the post workout recovery so far, but energy is lacking

Thymosin Alpha 1
SS-31
Epitalon
Tesamorelin
What’s the best way to cycle these in (not trying to do them all at the same time). AM or PM or mid-day?
Also what are good low starting doses? I am a hyper responder.
I take a slu of oral supplements already because I have an autoimmune (Graves Disease), it’s well controlled by mostly diet and exercise but does cause severe systemic inflammation.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
