Workout Split or Push/Pull on the same day
I trained the last year always push and pull skills in the same workout, and I made decent progress with it.
And I see a lot of athletes that doing it the same way but also some that doing it the opposite way.
How do I know what works best for me except trying it?
Also how do I avoid draining my Nervous system when I train in a split and do more workouts over the week?
