When to full planche?
I’ve always heard that before you start working on the full planche, you need to have a solid strength foundation… I never really knew how many pull-ups/dips/whatever I should be able to do before starting planche training. Is it even worth working on the planche if I’m currently in a lean bulk phase?
The question is: when can you start working on the planche?
