Weighted Calisthenics Plateau
I've been stuck on weighted dips and pull ups for a while, my 1RM on Weighted dips is 50kg, and on pull ups is probably 30kg. Im stuck on 40kg for 6 reps as my working sets and weighted pull ups for 20kg for 5 reps as my working sets. I follow the russian step loading method which is 5x5 and i saw some progress but then went back into plateau what do i do differently? I train weighted dips and pullups 2x per week
