Yo ive been doing calisthenics & weight lifting for 3 months now and id say that if you start doing weighted dips and weighted pull ups your progress will explode. After i started doing weighted calisthenics the skills like muscle up and handstand push up became pretty easy. The main problem is the fact that i dont have specific calisthenics only workout plan but im woeking on it. Id say for begginers master the basics and the add weight to them this will really boost your progress and make you strong asf. Also if someone has like a calisthenics only workout plan im up for some ideas.
