Weighted pullups
How to progress in weighted pullups ? I could do 17.5kg for 7 reps and for a month and a half i was stuck there sometimes maybe 5 reps sometime maybe 7. HELP

Just lower the weight to maybe 15kg so you can do more reps! Once you can do around 15-16 reps you can go up again to maybe 20kg and see if you can do at least 8 reps with it.
How to learn the handstand if you have the strenght to hold it
Guys i wanted to share a tip which helped me a lot when i was first learning the handstand. To learn the handstand the fastest just try to spam it like do as many handstand attempts as possible cuz thats the hardest part of the handstand. If your form is bad just do wall walk and hold it like that cuz it puts you in the perfect handstand form and it will translate onto your real freestand handstand. This tip really works for me and if any of you have the same problems as me try this tip and see if it works. Stay strong brothers 🗿💪
Weighted Calisthenics Plateau
I've been stuck on weighted dips and pull ups for a while, my 1RM on Weighted dips is 50kg, and on pull ups is probably 30kg. Im stuck on 40kg for 6 reps as my working sets and weighted pull ups for 20kg for 5 reps as my working sets. I follow the russian step loading method which is 5x5 and i saw some progress but then went back into plateau what do i do differently? I train weighted dips and pullups 2x per week

You shoukd try to lower the weight so you can perform more reps or just bulk up it will make you so much stronger. The problem might be the diet so just look at that.
Training basics
Yo ive been doing calisthenics & weight lifting for 3 months now and id say that if you start doing weighted dips and weighted pull ups your progress will explode. After i started doing weighted calisthenics the skills like muscle up and handstand push up became pretty easy. The main problem is the fact that i dont have specific calisthenics only workout plan but im woeking on it. Id say for begginers master the basics and the add weight to them this will really boost your progress and make you strong asf. Also if someone has like a calisthenics only workout plan im up for some ideas.

@Viktor Valouch yeah thats what i do now but i dont add some really hard skills like the front lever or planche i just do easier onces to build up my strenght for the next skill i will be learning. I think that right but idk

@Simon Imhäuser yeah im doing them so my progress in the static skills can be way faster so instead of training 6 months for the front lever i will only train like 3 months to get it or smt like that im not sure how it works
Overcoming plateaus?
Hey Simon, I’ve being doing calisthenics for a few months and when it comes to weighted dips, pull-up and push ups I reach a certain weight for example like 4-6 reps with 20kg and I’ve been stuck with that weight. Every time I go up a little I can barely do 1-2. Any advice?

If you only do 4-6 reps id suggest you lower the weight cuz thats what i did and it really helped me progress faster with weighted dips and pull ups. Pick some weight which you can do for like 8-10 clean reps and once you can do like 13-14 clean reps with it then you can up the weight. Cuz if you start really heavy your body will take more time to adapt to the weight you are using.
