Overcoming plateaus?
Hey Simon,
I’ve being doing calisthenics for a few months and when it comes to weighted dips, pull-up and push ups I reach a certain weight for example like 4-6 reps with 20kg and I’ve been stuck with that weight. Every time I go up a little I can barely do 1-2. Any advice?
