I come from bodybuilding and I did Mike mentzner's heavy duty, with 1 set to absolute failure.
Now I switched to Calisthenics & my goals are full planche and front lever. As I began with cali, I always heared that 1-3 reps in Reserve with 3 sts works the best.
My question Is: how can I Incorperate Pushing myself to failure In Calisthenics? I still love that too.🤝
