How do I make a good plan for This?
Goal Full front lever & planche + Handstand ( later one arm handstand) I would truly appreciate someone to give me an advice on have to structure session for these Goals 😃
Help me with my beginner planche progrression
I love Simons beginner video for planche. Thanks He gave many different exercises for the planche progrression. For example - feet Support, leans or Band supported ones. What would you guys say is the most effektiv for me in the beginning. So i can Fokus. Thanks
How to get Lean?
I do 2x push & pull sessions with 4 exercises for FL & full planche per week, but how to get lean? Do you Guys do cardio in Zone 2 or just walk a lot? What works for you?
Going to Failure? Mike mentzner
I come from bodybuilding and I did Mike mentzner's heavy duty, with 1 set to absolute failure. Now I switched to Calisthenics & my goals are full planche and front lever. As I began with cali, I always heared that 1-3 reps in Reserve with 3 sts works the best. My question Is: how can I Incorperate Pushing myself to failure In Calisthenics? I still love that too.🤝

Why my Skool progress just disappeared?
Hello, does someone know why my progress In this skool app just disappeared? XD ( is was level 2 and now Level 1 again)

MIt also seems like I cant earn Points anymore, because I would have earned some with this Massages here. I would really appreaceate help to get atleest back to Level 2, so I have acces to the great value.
