70kg x6 Dips and the importance of pushing yourself
I was stuck on 60kg x 6 for 2-3 years and that was because I was in a comfort sone and I didn't really pushed myself as hard as I could even if its seems you are trying, 6 months ago I decided to change that I decided to push every set and say I'm going to do 7 reps I'm not going to try 7 reps I'm going to do those, and that has worked very well first I've done 60kg x 7 then x 8 and 4 weeks ago I tried 70kg and did 5 reps 2 weeks in a row then I had a bad week and I didn't even try 70k because I did 60kgx5 so It's normal to have bad weeks but this week I decided I'm going to do 70kg x6 and here we are.
