Have you ever felt stuck in your real estate business? How did you get out of that position? I know that when I feel stuck I turn to my members of my community. I am part of multiple groups and I know exactly which person to speak to when I’m stuck. It’s very important to have people you can turn to in these bumps in the road. So the title for Wednesdays is WORK WELL. So let’s emphasize the importance of having a good team to help you do just that. It will help you stay productive and on track to accomplishing your goals. Is there anything you personally are having trouble with in your Real Estate journey? We would be glad to help give you a different perspective of how you can approach it and move forward. COFFEE HOUR MEETUP 5/23/26
This last call we went over a deal Lucas was considering and how he would approach the seller. We then got a preview of a project in the works that Jay and his team of acquisitions are developing. We got an inside look of how they review properties for purchase and their buy box. More to come soon on how we community members can partner with him. These coffee hours have been a very productive part of this community. We have had a preview of projects in the works as well as an inside look on how members do their day to day business and how you can reach out and work with them. For my own personal experience I have seen people I can work with in my real estate business in the following categories. - Lending and how to become my own bank for deals -NOD property leads how to get them how to work with them -Lead research through top quality software as well as graphic design and logo and site builds -The process and mind of a whole seller -A lead dialer and the process of how to purchase for Deed of Contract and how to assign the contract after acquiring -The importance of networking and meetups when you are in a new market and developing your own business connections in the areas you need -A preview of the life of a fix and flipper and how they analyze property of which ones to acquire and which ones to partner or assign to others -Deal analysis and a buy box preview of a cash buyer of both residential and commercial property -PAD SPLIT the benefits in an expensive market and how to stay profitable I highly recommend you come to coffee hours. Bring your notebook and coffee as you never know who you will meet and possibly learn and partner from. Thank you all who have made these calls. It has been very beneficial for the community as well as my self.
