This is a good story about some of the way AI can be a disadvantage also. Now that the AI can write code better and faster than people can, I am leaning more towards having the AI build my custom software suite exactly the way I want it so I can own it myself and not have to pay subscriptions and keep learning new platforms and try to integrate them all. I prefer this to having AI agents do things because AI can be unreliable and I don’t own the platform that it operates from.

LOCAL REIA
I joined my local REIA and they have a ton of resources. I highly suggest looking into your local REIA and when they meet up. Mine in particular is well versed in the market and what is and isn’t working. Also have a ton of connections for business partners in the area. Again I highly recommend joining one and one you can connect with. If you find the time make sure you meet the President of the group. They will be able to direct you on the right path.
