📍Tonight in Pasadena: Don't Miss It
If you invest in California, this is one of those conversations worth being in the room for. A lot of SoCal investors are still trying to make traditional rentals pencil. Tonight, Alex and I are talking through what changes when you look at the same property through the PadSplit model. Bring the property you’re unsure about, the layout question, or the numbers you want to sanity-check. You can check the remaining seats and grab one here 👇 https://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-socal-co-living-blueprint-1-year-of-proven-padsplit-returns-tickets-1989719789452?aff=Skool

Tomorrow in Pasadena: 1 year of SoCal PadSplit returns
Hey guys, I’m joining Alex Nahle tomorrow evening in Pasadena for an in-person session on what PadSplit has looked like in Southern California after our first full year on the ground. Alex is an active PadSplit host here in SoCal, so he’ll be walking through the operator side: how he looks at properties, layouts, rehab decisions, and the numbers behind the model. I’ll be sharing what we’re seeing from the PadSplit side after 365 days in this market, including local growth, occupancy, revenue, and the questions investors should be asking before underwriting a co-living deal. This time, we’ll cover: 📊 1 year of SoCal PadSplit market data 🏠 How Alex looks at local properties as a PadSplit host 🧮 The 2x to 3x math behind room-rental layouts ⚙️ How PadSplit handles screening, background checks, and collections 🤝 What this can look like for investors, Realtors, lenders, and property managers Event details: 📅 TOMORROW, June 2nd 🕡 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM 📍The Nahle Group, Pasadena, CA You can grab your spot here👇 https://www.eventbrite.com/e/the-socal-co-living-blueprint-1-year-of-proven-padsplit-returns-tickets-1989719789452?aff=Skool

👏🏽Los Angeles Team 💫
Hey Everyone, so I have spoken to quite a few people in the group in messaging. I have found there is a lot of people in the Los Angeles area looking to connect. I would take this opportunity to say that you are in that area right HERE and whoever is brave enough to post, will start the feed. I think this a great opportunity to network without evening having to leave your home. I think collaboration is key and you can get a whole lot more accomplished as a team versus alone. You can all come together on our coffee hour HERE in the community on Saturday morning for free or share each others contact information and use a chat app like what’s up or something and connect. Don’t lose this opportunity. The only thing I advise is if you do decide to work together, establish your roles and get it in a contract of some sort. At the bare minimum at least you can share resources or create a support group. Hope you Southern California members see this. Good luck and cheers to your future success. 🍻
