Save a Skool Event to Your Own Calendar (So You Never Miss One) Skool's Calendar tab shows you what's coming up, but it doesn't automatically sync to your phone or Google/Apple/Outlook calendar. That means if you don't add the event yourself, it's easy to forget. Here's the fastest way to lock it in. Step 1: Open the event Go to the community's Calendar tab and click on the event you want to save. This opens the event details — title, date, time, and location (Skool Call, Zoom, Meet, or an address). Step 2: Check the event description for an "Add to Calendar" link Some hosts include a one-click "Add to Calendar" link in the event description. If you see one, click it, pick your calendar app (Google, Apple, Outlook, Yahoo), and it fills everything in automatically. Skip to Step 4. Step 3: No link? Add it manually If there's no link, open your own calendar app and create a new event using the same details: - Title: name of the Skool event - Date and time: match what's shown in Skool (double-check the timezone) - Location/notes: paste the Zoom or Meet link (or the event's Skool page link) so it's one click away later Step 4: Turn on a reminder Set a notification for 10–15 minutes before, so you get a heads-up when it's time to join. Bonus: sync every future event at once If you're in several Skool communities, ask your community host if a calendar subscribe/feed link is set up. That gives you one link you add to your calendar app once, and every future Skool event — from every community you're in — flows in automatically, with no manual step needed per event.
