Coffee Hour ☕ - What are you working on this week?
❓ What are you working on this week — and what's got you stuck? Bring it to Coffee Hour, Saturday at 9:00 AM PST, and let's talk it through together. Sometimes the best fix is just saying it out loud to people who get it. [Meeting link: LINK HERE]

@Jorge Medina we have it the same time every week. Would you like me to show you how to save it to your calendar?

📌 How To Save A Calendar Event
Save a Skool Event to Your Own Calendar (So You Never Miss One) Skool's Calendar tab shows you what's coming up, but it doesn't automatically sync to your phone or Google/Apple/Outlook calendar. That means if you don't add the event yourself, it's easy to forget. Here's the fastest way to lock it in. Step 1: Open the event Go to the community's Calendar tab and click on the event you want to save. This opens the event details — title, date, time, and location (Skool Call, Zoom, Meet, or an address). Step 2: Check the event description for an "Add to Calendar" link Some hosts include a one-click "Add to Calendar" link in the event description. If you see one, click it, pick your calendar app (Google, Apple, Outlook, Yahoo), and it fills everything in automatically. Skip to Step 4. Step 3: No link? Add it manually If there's no link, open your own calendar app and create a new event using the same details: - Title: name of the Skool event - Date and time: match what's shown in Skool (double-check the timezone) - Location/notes: paste the Zoom or Meet link (or the event's Skool page link) so it's one click away later Step 4: Turn on a reminder Set a notification for 10–15 minutes before, so you get a heads-up when it's time to join. Bonus: sync every future event at once If you're in several Skool communities, ask your community host if a calendar subscribe/feed link is set up. That gives you one link you add to your calendar app once, and every future Skool event — from every community you're in — flows in automatically, with no manual step needed per event.

Its is not free for me, but it will be free for you. I just ask that you do your best to show up. The goal is for you to end the bootcamp with AI systems that can scale your business. Here's a taste of what we'll cover: - How to build an AI-powered selling machine: - Discover how to create an automated sales and marketing system that keeps working without you constantly sitting in the middle of it. - Creating an AI Brain for your business: - Learn how to bring your frameworks, calls, files, stories, and processes together inside one central AI operating system. - Turn the experience inside your head into an AI software you can own, scale and sell: - You'll learn how to take the expertise, frameworks, and processes currently living in your head and transform them into working software you own and can sell We are also going to be unveiling the new features in the AI Business Lab software that will help you do all of this. Dates are Sept 18, 19, 20. from 1pm till 8pm Pacific time. A full 7 hours each day. I know its hard to join every session, so just join as many as you can but I need to know that you are committed. If you were to join her mastermind right now you would have to pay $58,000. Let me know if you are interested.

SEO: Is your website even visible to AI ? 👀
Quick gut check: when someone asks ChatGPT "who's a good real estate agent near me," does your name come up? For most agents right now, the answer is no — and it's not because their website is bad. It's because ranking on Google and getting recommended by AI are two completely different games. There's a new acronym taking over marketing conversations: AEO. If you haven't heard of it yet, you're about to be behind. I broke down exactly what it is, how it's different from traditional SEO, and why real estate sites need both to stay visible in 2026 (with a simple side-by-side chart so you can see it at a glance). 👉 Full breakdown in the blog —COMMENT "SEO" FOR THE LINK. I'm also curious what you're already doing for AI search, drop it in the comments 👇
