I joined my local REIA and they have a ton of resources. I highly suggest looking into your local REIA and when they meet up. Mine in particular is well versed in the market and what is and isn’t working. Also have a ton of connections for business partners in the area. Again I highly recommend joining one and one you can connect with. If you find the time make sure you meet the President of the group. They will be able to direct you on the right path.
