There is no Place like Home
Honestly I don't use gyms just because of the distractions and cost. I have a small home gym where I don't have to wait for a machine or someone is waiting for me. I'm all in for getting in and getting out. It also helps me avoid the ego trip.

I have a Total Gym and a box full of bands in my garage. Quiet, fresh air, no commute or ego maniacs roll outta bed and right to it.
UL using Hevy App
I switched to Upper Lower utilizing the Hevy app. Does this look ok for an upper day or should I add something change something? That one bicep isolation enough? There is no tricep isolation I noticed. Is the app saying I don’t need it? Thanks. Also should I and is it a good idea to just let the app create my routines for me? I was thinking of doing the Arnold split not sure if that’s a good one.

Building core strength and flattening my stomach
My whole life no matter what I did sit ups crunches leg lifts I had a “bubble gut” recently I started doing the “stomach vacuum “ to hit the transverse abdominals and ITs Working BUT slowly. Is that the hardest muscle to train?

@Keith Hanenian Esq since I learned about them in a video with Arnold, I have been doing them everyday multiple times a day for about two weeks now. I’m getting better at the mind muscle connection with the transverse pulling it in but my core still isn’t solid. It has helped with other core exercises though and if I have to lift a piece of furniture at work or move something I feel my core kick in automatically now which is something it never did before.
PPL or Upper Lower
Good morning I’m Jason I’m new here. Been talking with Keith on Instagram and now I discovered this group. Been doing a PPL split for sometime and along with Keith’s teachings have made some great gains. Was talking about going to an Upper Lower split but was worried about losing those gains because of fear of loss of volume. I also don’t have weights I use a Total Gym and resistance bands because that’s what I have access too. What are the pros and cons of one split over the other and is it Better to switch? Thank you guys and to Keith

@Keith Hanenian Esq got it so I don’t necessarily have to do like 4 sets of 20 for exercises and fail on the last set? I figured as much as was looking at the reps as merely suggestions like 12 to 15 and if I can do more than that then i definitely need to go up one level in resistance. I just reset my app to upper lower starting Friday as I just did a pull day today and am off tomorrow from working out.

Was wondering too about the “Arnold Split” if that is a good split? How would one structure that?
Premium Tier
I've gotten a lot of DMs asking about the Premium Program, what it is, what's included, and how to access it. Let me clear it up. The Premium Tier is for the men in this community who want more. More access to me, more structure, and more direct guidance on the things that actually move the needle, training, recovery, hormones, longevity, and dialling in your approach as a man over 40. Here's what you get inside: âś… Direct access to me, not just content, but real guidance âś… Exclusive webinars and Q&As I don't run anywhere else âś… Deeper dives into training, nutrition, hormones, and optimization âś… A smaller, more focused group of men who are serious about this This isn't for everyone and it's not supposed to be. The free community exists for a reason, want to be available to as many men as possible. But for the ones who want to go further, the Premium Tier is how we do that. If that's you, the link to sign up is below. https://www.skool.com/built-different-life/plans
