Rest periods during workouts
I have put together, as mentioned before, a push pull legs workout that should take 1.5hrs to complete. I find myself always finishing after about 65 minutes. The only thing I can attribute this to is my rest between sets.
I seem to take a quick breather and start the next set. Definitely not a 1-1.5 minute break in between.
Does this hurt any thing? I do 4 sets any where between 12-16 reps but feel I am wasting time resting in between.
