The great Sandow
Most of you likely heard of Eugen Sandow, the famous strongman and body builder. He was born in 1867 and trained using progressive weights, starting up the modern body building sport. His statue is presented at the Mr Olympia competition. I’m reading a history book and came upon this passage: “”…he maintained that to create great strength required more than exercise. “A careful study of the laws of hygiene and anatomy” was required. He also advised against overdoing bodybuilding. “The wise man will continue to live so long as his egotism remains dormant.”” Keith strongly advises to leave your ego at the door just as Sandow did over 100 years ago!

Way to go man this is what committed looks like
Giants are made from legs 3.0
So here is the deal. After 2 months of doing a leg day as giant set I can report that I'm getting stronger and it's a great program for my leg day. But the Bulgarian split is still my nemesis. Still can only do body weight but hoping to add a bit of weight soon. But, I still get 4 sets of 15+ reps of Bulgarian, hamstring curl, calf raise and goblet squat. Think it's a great giant set work out with about 90 sec rest between sets. Any suggestions on getting better at bulgarians would be appreciated.

Thanks a lot that really helps
Unbalanced
I've discovered that my left calf (non-dominant) is smaller and weaker than my right calf. Any thoughts on how to address that while still maintaining my right calf? I regularly do weighted calf raises as well as sumo squats, wall sits and farmers walk.

Super easy, if you can access a calf raise machine just do em 1 legged and it will catch up. 👍💪
Weight
Ok so here is the question I think is not so clear. So lift lighter wights and do more reps and sets. What's lighter or to light? If I do single arm rows with 30 lb dumbbells for 5 sets of 15 it would seem to me that is to light a weight. Idk just think a bit more info to help guys choose a good weight would be helpful. Thanks for your input.
