So here is the deal. After 2 months of doing a leg day as giant set I can report that I'm getting stronger and it's a great program for my leg day. But the Bulgarian split is still my nemesis. Still can only do body weight but hoping to add a bit of weight soon. But, I still get 4 sets of 15+ reps of Bulgarian, hamstring curl, calf raise and goblet squat. Think it's a great giant set work out with about 90 sec rest between sets. Any suggestions on getting better at bulgarians would be appreciated.
