SOTD Signature CoCoLoCo by Zaharoff

Zaharoff Signature CoCoLoCo is a tropical, gourmand fragrance. The packaging is beautiful and recognizable as a toast to carnival in Rio. The scent itself is warm, spicy, fruity with a blend of juicy pineapple, creamy coconut, and warm base notes. Top notes are red clementine, pineapple, pear, and Brazilian cardamom.

While Cocoloco is a complex fragrance with bright, tropical notes, it is not loud. Rather, it is somewhat subdued and does not push off the skin aggressively. However, longevity is moderate and it lingers on the sin for a while.

The mid notes are a complex mix of fresh ingredients built on a creamy coconut that does not go in the direction of suntan lotion or coconut oil. It's a clean, fresh coconut surrounded by white cedar and spiciness provided by orange and pimento leaves, with aspects of jasmine.

The base is warm and adds the gourmand effect with the blend of bourbon vanilla, Brazilian Tonka Beans, and benzoin with white musk.

I enjoy wearing this and have received several compliments. It's a recommended try.
